商品の引渡時期 / Delivery of Service

- プログラム: お支払い確認後、1〜2営業日以内にメールにて登録確認をお送りいたします。グループレッスンは所定の開講日に開始します。プライベートレッスンは、お支払い確認後 7 営業日以内にスケジュールを確定いたします。
- 物品販売: お支払い確認後、日本国内に限り 30 営業日以内に発送いたします。
- Programs: Enrollment confirmation will be sent via email within 1–2 business days of payment. Group lessons begin on the scheduled date. Private lessons will be confirmed and scheduled within 7 business days.
- Physical goods: Delivered within 30 business days of payment confirmation, within Japan only.

返品・キャンセルについて / Returns and Cancellations
|
- プログラム: 学校側の事情による休講・閉鎖などやむを得ない場合に限り、キャンセル・返金を受け付けます。返金は学年末（6月〜8月）に銀行振込にて行います。
- 物品販売: 不良品に限り、返品・交換を受け付けます。返送料は当社が負担いたします。
- Programs: Cancellations and refunds are accepted only in the event of unforeseen school closures or similar circumstances beyond our control. Refunds are processed via bank transfer at the end of the school year (June–August).
- Physical goods: Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective items. Return shipping costs will be borne by us.
