Minim Christmas Caroling 2026
Class Details
Join us for the Merry Minim Christmas Caroling, one of our favourite gatherings of the year! Children and families come together for a cosy morning at Arisugawa Park to decorate a Christmas tree, share a late breakfast picnic, and sing festive songs together with our ukuleles.
Date: Saturday, 12 December 2026
Time: 10:00 to 11:00 (breakfast and decorating from 9:15)

Activities

Participation
Performer participation: ¥2,200 per person (children and adults welcome!).
Adults joining to watch and sing along do not need to pay a participation fee.
Each participant will receive 1 ticket to join the cool class raffle.
Extra raffle tickets: ¥1,000 for 2 tickets
Dress code: Wear something red, white, or green. Add a festive Christmas hat if you like, and of course, don't forget your ukulele!
Rain policy: In case of rain, the event will be cancelled, and recordings of the carols performed in class will be shared with Afterschool class participants. No refunds are offered. Raffle winners will be notified by email.
Help us spread the good vibes!
We would love help with tables, Christmas trees and decorations, and food for the potluck table. If you would like to contribute, please send any of our teachers a LINE message or email and we will add you to the Good Vibes Vibes Club team.

Our Policies
Refunds
Refunds will only be granted in the event of unforeseen school events or closure.
All refunds will be processed via bank transfer at end of school year (June-August).
Ticket Validity
All tickets are valid only within the term they were purchased. Kindly ensure to use them by the end of term.
Substitute Teachers
In the event that our main instructors are absent, Minim may assign a substitute teacher with suitable qualifications.
Safety
At Minim, every care is taken for the safety of our participants.
Parents and Guardians are not to hold Minim liable for damages, injury or illness in participation of our classes.
Image Rights
Minim reserves right to use photos and videos in publicity materials unless notified otherwise.
No sensitive information including names or ages of students will be disclosed.
