Terms and Conditions for Participants
By registering for a Minim camp, participants and their parents or guardians agree to the following terms.
1. Registration and Payment
Payment is due within 7 days of registration. A place is confirmed only once payment has been received. Camp fees are non refundable and non transferable, except where Minim cancels the camp (see clause 3).
2. What is Included
The camp fee covers all sessions, materials, and activities listed in the camp description. Meals, snacks, and transport are included only where specifically stated.
3. Cancellation by Minim
In the rare event that Minim cancels the camp entirely, families will be offered either a full refund or a credit toward a future Minim program.
4. Medical and Dietary Information
At registration, parents and guardians agree to inform Minim of any allergies, medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special needs relevant to the child's participation. Minim will take reasonable steps to accommodate these, but cannot guarantee an allergen free environment.
In the event of a medical emergency, parents and guardians authorize Minim staff to seek appropriate medical assistance for the participant, and agree to be contacted immediately.
5. Drop Off and Pick Up
Parents and guardians are responsible for dropping off and picking up their child at the times stated in the camp schedule. Children will only be released to the parent, guardian, or another adult named in writing at registration. Repeated late pick ups may incur a supervision fee.
6. Excursions and Off Site Activities
Some camp sessions may include excursions or off site activities. By registering, parents and guardians consent to their child's participation in these activities under the supervision of Minim facilitators. Full details of any excursion will be shared with families in advance.
7. Safety and Liability
Minim facilitators take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of every participant throughout the camp. Parents and guardians agree that Minim and its facilitators are not liable for any damage, injury, or illness sustained during the camp, except where caused by gross negligence on the part of Minim.
8. Personal Belongings
Minim is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings, including instruments, devices, or clothing, brought to camp. Families are encouraged to label all items with the child's name.
9. Behavior
Minim camps are community spaces built on kindness, curiosity, and respect. Minim reserves the right to remove, without refund, any participant whose behavior repeatedly disrupts the camp or affects the safety and wellbeing of others. Families will be contacted before this step is taken, wherever possible.
10. Image Rights
Minim may use photos, videos, and other media of participants taken during the camp in publicity materials such as our website, social media, and print materials. No participant will be named in such materials. If you prefer your child not to be featured, please notify us in writing at contact@minim.family at the time of registration.
11. Changes to These Terms
Minim may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website at minim.family.
